Threshold Learning Center is located in the northeast corner of Zearing, one mile east of US Highway 65 on Story County Highway E-18.

Zearing is conveniently situated 50 minutes northeast of Des Moines, 30 minutes northeast of Ames, and 30 minutes northwest of Marshalltown. 

From Interstate 35 - Get off at Exit 123 and go east on Story County Highway E-18 through Roland and McCallsburg. 

From U.S. Highway 30 - Get off Highway 30 at U.S. Highway 65 (Des Moines/Iowa Falls Exit) and go straight north to Zearing.
